Ready to order?

By default, orders will be filled with an assortment of prints in order to present a visually attractive display in your store or office and offer customers or clients an appealing range of options. With so many prints available, you will likely receive only one unit in any given print. The specific prints used will be selected based on current fabric stock and may vary from one order to the next.

Yes! If you have a particular style you would like to receive or avoid receiving, you can mention that. You’re also welcome to browse the Made By Seabrooke Etsy shop to see what fabrics are currently available for order. Contact me after placing your order and indicate the listings and specific fabrics you are interested in.

Yes! If you wish to receive more or less of a different size, contact me with your request and I’ll adjust your order details accordingly. There are no minimum order requirements for any sizes, only for the total order quantity. If you want to get only size Small, for instance, you’re welcome to!

Please place multiple orders to order more than 25 units. Place your first order for 25 units, then return and use the “Add 5 units to your order” or “Add 10 units to your order” option for your second order.

For example, if you’d like 30 braces, purchase the 25-pack and then the “Add 5 braces” option. Your braces will be packaged and delivered in a single shipment.

Additional braces are charged at the full wholesale rate of 50% off retail price (CAD$163 per 5 braces or $325 per 10). The purchase option is listed at CAD $128 for 5 or $290 for 10 so that when shipping ($35) is automatically added at checkout it comes to the wholesale price of $163 / $325. This avoids the need to process refunds for shipping overages.

Please note that processing times for larger orders will be slightly longer than indicated for 25-pack orders.

If you are located within my in-person delivery area (within about 30 minutes of Smiths Falls), I would be delighted to bring you some samples to view. Please contact me to make arrangements.

If you are located farther away, you may choose to order a ready-made wrist brace from the Made By Seabrooke Etsy shop. These are shipped next business day. If you then decide to place a wholesale order, that brace will count toward your bundle total and the list price you paid will be deducted from your amount due.

For example, if you choose to place a wholesale order for 10 wrist braces after ordering a sample brace from the Made By Seabrooke Etsy shop, your wholesale shipment will include 9 braces (the tenth being the one you already have) and you will be charged CAD$330 (the wholesale price for 10 braces of $390 minus the $60 you already paid).

If you choose not to place a wholesale order, you may return the sample brace for a full refund less shipping costs. You are responsible for the postage to return it to me.

In both cases, please contact me to make arrangements to either place your order or make a return.

I strongly believe in supporting fellow small businesses. All of the materials used in the construction of Made By Seabrooke wrist braces are sourced from small businesses, most of them local. Fabric, thread and velcro are purchased primarily from Sew Crafty (Rideau Ferry) and Perth Fabrics & Crafts (Perth). The internal splints are custom made by Vision 3D Canada, a 3D-printer in Carleton Place.

All wrist braces are packaged individually with sturdy paper belly bands. The packaging lists materials and care instructions on back. Size will be clearly marked on the front of the paper band.

Paper belly bands allow your customers to feel the softness and quality of the brace. The bands will slide off and on again without damage if the customer wishes to try the brace on.

If your business is in Smiths Falls, Perth, Carleton Place, Kemptville, Westport, or elsewhere within about 30 minutes of Smiths Falls, Ontario, I will deliver your completed order to your location in person. If you are located beyond this range, I will ship your order by Canada Post regular tracked mail. In both cases, delivery is CAD$35 and included in the total purchase price.

I recommend a retail price of CAD$65 per brace. This is the price at which braces are sold in the Made By Seabrooke online store.

Yes. If you have unsold stock that you no longer want, you may return it to me to receive an 80% refund per unit on your original wholesale per-unit purchase price. Returned stock must be in its original condition.

Yes. Cancellations made within 48 hours of placing your order will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours fall under the returns policy as work on your order has already been started; you will receive an 80% refund per unit on your original wholesale per-unit purchase price and a full refund of the delivery charge.

Full payment is required at time of order. Payment can be made by PayPal or standard credit card options. Credit cards are processed through PayPal’s payment portal. You do not need a PayPal account to use their credit card payment option.

I can also accept cheques as payment for your order. Cheques will need to be provided up front, and the deposited payment must clear with the bank before work on your order will begin. The processing time for your order will be the same as indicated for web-purchased orders, and will begin once the payment has cleared. If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact me directly to place your order.

At this time, there is no Sales Tax charged on wholesale orders placed with Made By Seabrooke.

PayPal should issue you a receipt for your purchase directly, by email. However, if you do not receive it, or if you need specific information on your receipt that PayPal does not provide, please contact me and I will email you a copy directly.

If you paid for your order by cheque, I will issue you a receipt directly.
